Once you have purchased your Cape Cod home, or moved into a 'new' one, it is time to relax and enjoy the benefits of life on Cape Cod.
If you love to be active, there are ample volunteer opportunities with all kinds of non-profit organizations on Cape Cod. If you enjoy 'City Life', driving to Boston or Providence is not difficult and there is regular bus service to Boston if that is a better choice for you. Theater, museums, shopping, fine dining will fill your culture quotient in the city.
We have lots of culture here on Cape Cod, too-excellent theater, museums-art and history and natural history, as well as music venues, the well regarded Cape Cod Symphony, and many public libraries to satisfy your curiosity.
Outdoor living is top notch on Cape Cod-walking, biking, golfing, boating (all types!), birdwatching, beachcombing, photography-you name it-we enjoy it here-usually year round.
If you enjoy working around the house, we have many stores and businesses to help provide you with materials or the help and expertise to complete any project-large or small. Ask us for our "Preferred Professionals" list
Of course, you can simply breathe the Cape Cod air and enjoy your own little piece of Heaven here on earth. No matter what the weather, economic climate or world situation, we can always find something that will allow us to retreat temporarily from the cares of the day.
If it seems like I enjoy it here-I have been here since 1972, and even though I enjoy travelling, it is always great to come back 'over the bridge' to Cape Cod.
